MiraiLabo Bioscience, Inc. and the Institute for Research on Productive Aging (IRPA; Representative Director: Prof. Shinichiro Imai) have jointly applied for a patent on eNAMPT-EVs.
Details of the patent application The patent application covers “a method for purification of human eNAMPT-EVs and a composition for anti-aging containing purified eNAMPT-EVs. method for obtaining an anti-aging effect by administering a composition for anti-aging containing purified eNAMPT-EVs to a subject, and a method for determining the degree of aging.
In order to implement the method of obtaining an anti-aging effect and the method of determining the degree of aging using eNAMPT-EVs, starting April 1, 2022, Mirai Labo Bioscience Inc. will welcome IRPA researchers to its in-house laboratory at the Mirai Kai Medical Corporation Tokyo Ginza Wellness & Aging Clinic, which is engaged in the medical support business. The clinic has welcomed IRPA researchers to its in-house research laboratory and has begun joint research with IRPA.
