In about 40 years, the world population will exceed 10 billion, while the number of births drop and the aging rate in developed regions will reach 28.2% (1). Japan, whose aged population has already exceeded 28%, faces the new challenge of extending health life expectancy, as the absolute life expectancy increases due to advances in medical technology.

Exploring the Possiblities of NMN
In light of this situation, we have been making donations to various fields and conducting safety tests for nutraceuticals (dietary supplement with scientific evidence, which have higher credibility than supplements). We were the first in the world to successfully commercialize NMN*², the raw material for nutraceuticals.
While making donations to various fields, we have established our own research institute to conduct basic research and human clinical research on NMN in collaboration with public research institutes and medical institutions. e are pursuing the unlimited potential of NMN on a daily basis.
(2) NMN (β-nicotinamide mononucleotide): belongs to the family of the B3 vitamins. It is of capital importance as a precursor of the coenzyme NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide).
